About

1521435_498865530227996_443280024_nI am a wife and SAHM who loves to crochet and craft. I spend a lot of my free time looking for new and fun projects. I love to crochet all kinds of items. I have yet to try my hand at things like afghans or anything on a larger scale. I plan to share the successful projects and even the not so successful ones.

I have found the online crochet community to be filled with some truly amazing people. I am always thankful to those who so freely share their creativity with others and I hope to do the same. I hope this will be a spot for other crafters to share their ideas and hopefully share tips and tricks that we all may not know.

So if you love to crochet or are hoping to someday learn, please like a post or better yet follow this blog. If you have a favorite pattern, stitch, yarn brand, hook brand etc. please feel free to share anything. I hope this will inspire others to try creating something new or try something for the first time.

Thanks for stopping by please share your creations with me.

Happy Hooking!

  1. Hi I’m having some difficulty with your leg warmer pattern. No matter what i do i always get a slanting seam. Even though I follow your advice of “When joining rounds always sl st into first st of round, not in the ch space. And each round begins with your first st going into the same st you made your ch 2/ch 1 . I even try Bob Wilson tip on invisible seam but then loose stitch count.
    Can you help?

    1. You could try sl st into the chain and then going on from there maybe. Mine too have a slight spiral to them but since I used one solid color it wasn’t noticeable at the end.
Or you could try working in a continuous spiral using stitch markers to keep track.
